Uday Foundation is a reputed NGO in Delhi, committed to making a positive impact in the lives of underprivileged families in India. We offer a range of programs, including food donation, old clothes donation, unused medicine donation, and even educational kit donation to support children’s education. Our food donation program serves free and nutritious meals to families of hospital patients and children from distant places. We also offer the option to donate food in remembrance of a loved one or to celebrate special occasions. Our old clothes donation program accepts gently used clothing and distributes them to those in need. Additionally, we provide free and unused medicines to those who cannot afford them. Our educational kit donation program aims to provide learning materials and resources to children in need, ensuring they have the tools necessary for a bright future. At Uday Foundation, we believe that even the smallest contribution can make a big difference in someone’s life.

Making a donation to Uday Foundation is simple and convenient. You can donate online using a credit card, debit card, Paytm, or other wallets, and UPI as per your convenience. Pitrupaksha is an important time to remember and honor departed loved ones by performing offerings on their tithi. In 2023, Pitrupaksha starts on 29th September and ends on 14th October. According to Brahmpurana, ancestors should be worshiped before the Gods as it pleases them. Shradh offerings can be made in the form of tarpan, food, and dakshina to Brahmins or the needy. During Pitrupaksha, it is customary to donate food to the needy to honor the departed soul with a cause.
